The Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa 71 scent was one of the first I ever tried, along with Cheirosa 40 and Cheirosa 68.

Yet, while the Cheirosa 40 body mist is better-suited to summer and Cheirosa 68 is striking during the spring, the Cheirosa 71 body mist and the matching Brazilian Kiss lip butter are two products I find myself using even more during the fall and winter.

Here’s a quick review of both products; while Sol de Janeiro doesn’t currently carry a Cheirosa 71 body cream, these two products are already more than enough to make you travel to Winter Wonderland!

Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa 71: Body Mist and Lip Butter Review

Sol de Janeiro 71 cheirosa Body Mist and brazilian kiss Lip Butter Review - best sol de janeiro scents

The Sol de Janeiro products have had a weird, obsessive type of attraction over me for about a year now, and I just have to have all of the body mists at all times.

I actually recently purchased two of their newest fragrances, Cheirosa 76 (absolutely incredible!) and Cheirosa 48.

Yet, if there’s one I swear by, it’s the one we’re seeing today, Cheirosa 71, with its warm notes of macadamia, vanilla and tonka bean.

Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Crush Cheirosa 71 Body Mist

Here’s what Sol de Janeiro says about the Cheirosa 71 body mist:

Cheirosa 71 Perfume Mist is inspired by our Brazilian muse Leila Diniz, who celebrated her bikini body at eight months pregnant on the beaches of Rio in 1971. Now that’s the Sol spirit.

While I will soon write a complete Cheirosa 71 review, let’s just start by saying that this one right here is one of the best Sol de Janeiro body mists.

The Cheirosa 71 body mist feels warmer and a tad heavier than others in the same type of range, like the classic Cheirosa 62 scent.

With its notes of toasted macadamia, caramelized vanilla, white chocolate and tonka bean, it’s one I wear as soon as it’s rainy or cold out, and I feel it’s worth every penny, especially if you like sweet fragrances.

Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Kiss Cupuaçu Lip Butter

The Brazilian Kiss Cupuaçu Lip Butter is a product I got on Notino along with all of my Sol de Janeiro body creams, and it’s a multi-use product I can’t stop raving about.

At $18, it’s priced quite high for a lip butter, but when you first try it, you understand just why you paid that much.

In the composition, cupuaçu butter, açai oil and coconut oil, which all make the Brazilian Kiss lip butter thick, shiny, and very easy to use – and at 6.2 g, it’s one of the biggest lip butters I’ve ever owned.

Since it’s a product you can also use on your cuticles, elbows, or as a highlighter if you’d like a somewhat natural effect on your cheekbones, I’d say it is also worth every single penny.

Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa 71: Body Mist and Lip Butter Review

Sol de Janeiro 71 cheirosa Body Mist and brazilian kiss Lip Butter Review - best sol de janeiro scents for fall winter

Sol de Janeiro is that one brand from which I regularly purchase, and that almost never disappoints – except maybe for the 87 Rio Radiance body mist, which I definitely don’t like, and with the Cheirosa 48 body mist.

The only downside to the Cheirosa 71 scent is that there are very few products with that scent.

On the other hand, it is slightly close to the Cheirosa 62 scent, and if you’d like to layer the body mist on top of a cream, then the Brazilian Bum Bum Cream is perfect for that, since it doesn’t smell that strong.

I, however, use the Cheirosa 71 body mist on top of a thin layer of the lip butter, since it’s so nourishing that you only need a little bit on your shoulders and wrists to make the scent last even longer!

Until next time!
